We have a great opportunity for an Office Assistant to come and work in our small office based in Parnell, Auckland. This position will suit a student or an individual who would like to explore different possibilities around flexible working hours.
Initially we’re looking to have an individual come in for at least 1-2 hours a day from Monday to Friday to support the General Manager of Sales and Marketing and team and keep work environment looking professional.
If you’re up for the challenge there is also an opportunity for the successful individual to be involved with administration work. There are a variety of responsibilities, which will include scheduling meetings, taking minutes, arranging travel and preparing/editing presentations as required.
The ideal candidate will need to be highly flexible and have exceptional time management. Experience in PowerPoint and outlook would be preferable but a great attitude and strong work ethic is essential.
