We’re looking for a confident Stock Manager for one of our newly established genetics properties near Taupo (part of the Wairakei Estate). You’ll also host meetings on-farm with external stakeholders, scientists, Wellington staff, etc. which will give you an amazing opportunity to learn and develop expertise in the genetics farming environment.
You’ll have a passion for innovation and how its application benefits farming as well as the resilience required to implement, experiment, and adapt on-farm when the time comes.
We don’t require experience working on a genetics farm, but an understanding of the value of genetics operations is critical.
